About Me

From hands-on production to high-level signage design.

With 13 years in the industry, I bridge the gap between design and manufacturing. I understand materials, assembly, LED systems, structural integrity — because I’ve built signs with my own hands. Today, I turn that experience into precise, production-ready designs that work in the real world.

My Story

I didn’t start as a designer. My first job in signage was in the vinyl room — cutting graphics by hand, laminating, weeding, printing, and applying everything myself. No design software. No desk. Just a plotter, some tools, and a roll of material. Over time, I became the production lead, managing a team of five and taking responsibility for the entire workflow. When project managers lost control, I stepped in. When things didn’t fit, I figured it out. I started helping with assembly — installing, wiring LEDs, bending channels, aligning cladding panels, and making sure the final result worked not only on paper, but on-site. That’s where I saw the real problem. Design files weren’t failing because they looked bad. They failed because designers didn’t understand production. They didn’t know how materials behave, how things go together, or how installers work under pressure. But I did. That’s why I shifted into signage design — not from a classroom, but from the ground up. I learned CAD, vector workflows, manufacturing specs, CNC logic, and buildability rules. My approach isn’t “creative-first” — it’s reality-first. Every design I make is based on real-world logic, tested in the field, and optimized for the guys who have to actually install it. Today, I bring all of that into every project — from the first line on screen to the last bolt on-site.

My Mission

To design signage that works — not just looks good. I bring together visual clarity and production logic, creating buildable systems that make life easier for fabricators, installers, and clients alike.

My Vision

To be the go-to external signage designer for agencies and manufacturers across Europe — the guy you call when you need something designed, specced, and figured out right the first time.

Fluent across platforms, flexible by design.

I don’t just know the software — I use each one the way it’s meant to be used. Whether it’s 3D modeling in Inventor, scripting in Python, or production layout in Corel and Illustrator, my process always adapts to your system, not the other way around.

Why Rudnik Design ??
